How the Survey Was Conducted

This survey was conducted on September 24^th, 2001. 508 registered voters in New York City were interviewed in proportion to the voter enrollment in each borough. All interviews were conducted by telephone. The results are statistically significant at ± 4.5%. The margin of error increases for cross-tabulations.
